My goal is to inspire everybody to stay healthy & to improve not only our physical aspect of life but also our mental, emotional and social wellness using the SMART model. Setting our Fitness goals in a S-pecific way, that is M-easurable, A-ttainable, R-ealistic for everyone to follow & T-ime bound so we can all stick to our goals and commitment. I will be posting videos to walk you through some of the exercises that you can follow in the comfort of your own home, in your own time, some will be equipment free, all you need is a small space. My channel will also cater a different variety of things that we can do together as a community depending on your fitness level.
