- 𝐀𝐢𝐫 𝐅𝐫𝐲𝐞𝐫 𝐆𝐫𝐞𝐞𝐤 𝐋𝐞𝐦𝐨𝐧 𝐂𝐡𝐢𝐜𝐤𝐞𝐧 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐑𝐢𝐜𝐞 𝐁𝐚𝐤𝐞 One-pan bake • Light and flavourful • Air fryer or oven What to cook mid-week- it’s an never-ending cycle. And we all want the same thing right, quick, easy, wholesome, minimal fuss. So I’ve got you covered! This one-pan Greek Lemon Chicken and Rice Bake ticks a lot of boxes. Minimal washing up, layers of flavours all coming together in a roasting pan and it uses your favourite time-saving gadget the air fryer (but don’t worry I also included oven instructions). 🍋✨ Chicken is always a crowd-pleaser, and this recipe spins a classic into something you would be happy to eat any night of the week. It’s vibrant, bright, and packed with flavours everyone will love. Plus, using the air fryer or oven makes it super easy! Imagine juicy chicken thighs with a zing of lemon, nestled in savoury rice, topped with fresh herbs. Less stress, more deliciousness. - 𝐇𝐞𝐫𝐛𝐲 𝐆𝐫𝐞𝐞𝐤 𝐂𝐡𝐢𝐜𝐤𝐞𝐧 𝐌𝐞𝐚𝐭𝐛𝐚𝐥𝐥𝐬 Weeknight Dinner • 30- 40 mins • Air fryer or oven Does cooking for the family feel like a rotation of chicken tenders, bolognese and pizza? I want to change that for you. Firstly these come together pretty quickly, in your airfryer (I used my instantpotuk Instant Vortex Airfeyer Oven) and honestly double the meatball batch as they freeze great once cooked. So while the British summer might not be playing along you can indulge in the flavours of the Mediterranean with these easy and delicious Herby Greek Chicken Meatballs! 🌿✨ A hidden veggie, kid-friendly weeknight meal. Now granted the kids may turn their noses up at the salad (I was the same) but with loads of courgette in the meatballs and a whole grain giant cous cous, you are still onto a winner. Add a blob of tzatziki or seasoned yoghurt if you like. #meatballs #chickenrecipes #chickendinner #airfry #airfryer #airfryerrecipes
- 𝗚𝗶𝗮𝗻𝘁 𝗖𝗼𝘂𝘀𝗰𝗼𝘂𝘀 𝗥𝗶𝘀𝗼𝘁𝘁𝗼 𝘄𝗶𝘁𝗵 𝗖𝗵𝗶𝗹𝗹𝗶, 𝗚𝗮𝗿𝗹𝗶𝗰, 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗟𝗲𝗺𝗼𝗻 Comfort food · Easy midweek meal · Less than 30 minutes I’ve been working with banhoekchillioil lately and I’m absolutely loving creating with their product! This is one of my favorite recipes I’ve developed recently, and I asked to share it. It’s a super comforting dish with cheesy, lemony, and slightly spicy vibes—perfect for a cozy midweek meal. 🧀🍋🌶️ you can find a short hand recipe below, but a full in depth recipe can be found on their site banhoekchillioil.com Ingredients: • 2 Tbsp Banghoek Chili Oil • 1 small yellow onion, finely chopped • 1/3 cup dry white wine • 2 cups giant couscous • 1L vegetable or chicken broth • 50g grated Parmesan • 1/4 cup creme fraiche • Zest of 1 lemon • Small handful chopped parsley • Roasted tomatoes (optional) Green Chillichuri: • 25g parsley • 1 small red chili, finely chopped • 30ml Banghoek Chili Oil Instructions: 1.Sauté the onion in Banghoek Chili Oil until soft. Add couscous and stir to coat and toast the grains. Pour in white wine, cook until mostly evaporated. 2.Gradually add broth, letting it absorb before adding more (about 8-10 mins). Stir in Parmesan, creme fraiche, and lemon zest. Season to taste. 3.Mix chopped parsley, diced red chili, and more chili oil for the chillichuri drizzle. Serve risotto with chillichuri and optional roasted tomatoes. Tag me if you try it out—would love to see your creations! 😋✨ #risotto #parmigiana #cremefraiche #roastedtomatoes
